During
the period 28 March-18 July 2001, the following main activities have been
performed:
FIPA
Membership
§
The current List of FIPA Members is shown in
Annex 1.
§
The list of the Status of FIPA Member
payments, whose evidence and/or communication of payment in progress has been
received by the Secretariat up to 18 July 2001, is given in Annex 3
The
Official Representatives of FIPA Members, whose payment is still missing, are
invited to urgently contact the Secretariat.
§
The collection and formatting of the economic
data for the current FIPA Accounts have been performed.
§
In Annex 2 the list of the still missing
Statutes is shown.
§
The List of the FIPA Members Official
Representatives is given in Annex 4. Member’s delegates are reminded that
the Official Representatives are the only points of contact for the official
correspondence between the Secretariat and Member Companies.
It is very important that Companies nominate its representatives and
any change or any modification in their address is notified to the
Secretariat.
The

The Secretariat supported FIPA Board in organizing the vote process and
carried out all the actions required for the correct application of vote
procedure.
Electronic Documentation Management
Official
Documents received by he Secretariat have been processed, converted in the
appropriate version and uploaded on the FIPA web.
Activities in support to FIPA Image Committee
The
Secretariat have provided support for the publishing of FIPA Inform!5 by
collecting articles and performing the editorial activity for the final issue.
The
Secretariat carried out the organisation of FIPA Inform!5 publicity at BOT
2001 held in Boston on 19 June 2001
Support to FIPA meetings organisation
The Secretariat has given support to meeting Host for logistic
organisation and for the dissemination of all the relevant information.
Web site
Since
15 September 2000, Fujitsu Labs of America host the new FIPA web site.
In June the Secretariat started the direct management of the web site,
updating the web and uploading documents.

Electronic mailing list management
Since 15
September 2000 Fujitsu Labs of America host the new FIPA mailing lists server
currently running GNU Mail software and the Secretariat manage all the lists
and moderate some of them.

reflectors (mailing lists) have been set up and are fully working. List of the
reflectors is shown in Annex 4.
The Secretariat remains reachable at the following two addresses:

The
Delegates whose e-mail address is modified are reminded to auto-subscribe the
new address, auto unsubscribe the old address and to inform the Secretariat in
order to update the Data Base and to introduce the correction in the
reflectors for which the auto-(un)subscribe facility is not implemented.

Secretariat invites FIPA delegates to get in touch for any incorrectness,
shortcomings on the secretarial activities/services.
