[Modeling] Draft Modeling TC minutes

Hi Jim,
    I have read the summary. I have noticed a mistake.
Actually during the meeting I chose to contribute to Sequence Diagram
(concerning initial specifications) and not to Class Diagram. But anyway,
include my name in both (Class and Sequence Diagram).
